テラスがあり、くつろげる。バス停に近いが、ホテルは静か。朝食に暖かいものが用意されていた。

禁煙ルームを頼んだが、煙草臭がした。掃除がやや雑。部屋と洗面所の床に髪の毛が落ちていた。

I'm gonna write in English cause I only sperm Russian, most about I liked ars hotel is that the stuff was very pleasent and looking forward to help as with all our questions and really helpful in guiding us for a pleasant and comfortable vacations.. I would sure recommend it. And the transportation in near to go everywhere ..

The hotel is very nice in every aspect: clean rooms, nice breakfast (outstanding to be Italy), friendly staff. Highly reccomended if you don´t need to be living downtown (takes about 15-20 min bus to main station). Forgot prices are usually low for what you get

The hotel is not really located in the centre of the city but the location is nonetheless very good. It´s a nice part of the town (Montesacro, Città Giardino) with an old roman bridge only for pedestrians in the near. The centre is very easily reached with lots of busses, a relatively near trainstation (Nomentana) and a newly built underground station (Conca d´Oro). The hotel is really good value fofr money: it consists of two old well mantained villas with the rooms looking different from each other. The breakfast is one of the best I´ve had in Italy (not a country well reknown for this). Personnel is always friendly and helpful.

The only minuses would be if you really want to be in the centre of town (but, like I said it is easily reached from here) or you for any reason have problems with stairs: the structure of the hotel makes you walk some of them every time you reach or leave your room or go to breakfast

Cozy hotel located in two old buildings in the quite Città Giardino. City centre is easily reached with underground or frequent busses which do not suffer from traffic due to dedicated track on the Nomentana road in about 20 minutes. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly and language competent staff.

If you want to stay in the City centre or if you have a problem with a few stair steps this is not for you

Beautiful, clean, free wi-fi, drinkable tab water, water cooker in room, spacious room, a lot of light in the room, nice staff, ok breakfast

Location was a bit distant from the main sites and also my meeting points. Also I didnt like that leaving the key in reseption was mandatory, since it was very far from my room and not on my way out.

Located quite out of city center (Nomentana district), hotel clearly benefits from recently opened metro line to Conca D'Oro, which is 15 min walk away (including steep 99 step stairs), ensuring 10-15 min travel (plus train waiting time). However, such location makes accommodation price quite acceptable. Hotel itself is very well maintained, clean and pleasant. Thanks to its small size, it is makes almost home feeling. Having a pizza, fruits and bottle of vine on roof terrace in warm Roman night was delightful. Staff at reception was welcoming and helpful.

Shower cabin is really narrow - each time You turn, You unwillingly change the water temperature with Your body parts :) But there are baths in some rooms. WiFi signal is strong enough near to reception, not in rooms (good location is on roof terrace, atop of reception) Gulls made incredible sounds at night - they should be trained on this somewhere nearby. :)

Good location for us as we have friends that live in the area. 20-30 min. bus ride to the city center and tourist areas.

Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Very difficult to find and we found staff not too willing and eager to help with anything really. Didn't really seem able to help foreigners too well. It was hard work. Walls are very thin. A bit of noise from next door rooms got a bit annoying.

L'hôtel n'est pas en plein centre ville. Ce qui veut dire qu'après une journée brouillante dans Rome et les transports en commun ça fait vraiment du bien de se retrouver au calme. Je pense que la situation de l'hôtel légèrement retirer du centre historique peut être un point fort.

Malheureusement la première chambre que j'ai eu n'était pas de bonne qualité. C'était la chambre 403. Le parquet se soulevait, les planches ne tenaient pas au sol. Il était impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, elle coinçait sur l'appuie de fenêtre. La douche était beaucoup trop étroite. De nombreuses tâches de moissisures dans la chambres et les draps étaient tachés. Nous en avons parlé directement à la réception et le lendemain nous avons eu une autre chambre la 210. Plus confortable et plus propre mais toujours avec de l'humidité et des traces de chaussures sur les murs. Salle de bain étroite mais mieux que la chambre 403.

Chambres, villa superbe et personnel charmant.

El personal es muy agradable y siempre dispuestos. Han recibido por segunda vez a nuestra perrita y la han tratado como una huésped más! Uno se siente como en casa. Recomendable 100% para ir con animalitos.

La habitación estaba limpia. Aunque el hotel está lejos del centro, está cerca de la parada del autobús, lo que te permite estar en una zona tranquila, y llegar rápidamente al centro.

El desayuno no era muy variado.

Sérieux, professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel . Accès éloigné de l'hotel compensé très largement par le confort et la décoration des chambres . Merci

Goed gelegen hotel in Rome, uitstekende prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Mooie kamers, zeer modern ingericht. Voorzien van goed werkende geruisloze airco. Uitstekend voor stedentrip Rome.
